As a Help Desk Supervisor at Ministry of Defence, I lead and support a team of 10 specialists who provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for various IT systems and applications. I ensure that the team meets the service level agreements and delivers high-quality customer service. I also monitor and evaluate the team's performance and provide feedback and coaching.I am passionate about learning and developing my skills in computer and information sciences and support services. I am currently pursuing a degree at See-Security: Cyber & Information Security College, where I acquire knowledge and experience in cybersecurity, network administration, and data analysis. I have proficiency in Microsoft products, Cisco systems products, and Kusto Query Language (KQL), which I use to manage and query data from Azure Data Explorer. I am motivated by challenging and rewarding work that enables me to contribute to the security and efficiency of IT systems and services.
