• Review and report suspicious activity indicative of potential money laundering, reputation risk and terrorist financing through SARs.• Conduct team lead duties such as metrics reporting, peer reviews (I&R), coaching and QA reporting.• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various AML scenarios including Law Enforcement Subpoena, Law Enforcement 314(a) and Outgoing 314(b). SME for various AML typologies including Convertible Virtual Currency, OFAC-related sanctions, Cryptocurrency trends, Marijuana Related Businesses, Trade Based Money Laundering, Unregistered Money Service Business, Structuring.• Work closely with JPMC Compliance partners (KYC team, relationship banking team, AML technology team and upper management) to identify suspicious activity trends, to enhance the workflow process of investigations and to routinely develop/adjust procedural guidelines.• Develop and deliver cross-training materials to colleagues within the AML Investigations space though procedure consistency meetings, team meetings and formal training sessions.
