Active identification and development of business opportunities within the middle market corporate sector for both new and existing clients (target clients - $5m to $35m range in total facilities);Approval within Personal Credit Approval Authority and providing recommendations in respect of both Commercial and Home Loan Applications (for Directors/Partners etc), in accordance with Bank’s underwriting standards, incorporating assessment of both financial and security aspects for loan approval;Ongoing analysis of clients’ management accounts for assessment against pre-approved performance parameters and ratios;Remodelling of detailed financial statements and management accounts using Bank preferred accounting software applications;Providing approval letters and implementation of documentation requirements from credit decisions;Day to day management of loan portfolio incorporating approval or otherwise by exception and management of personnel within that portfolio.
