After about a two years working all markets, I selected to move to the Atlanta market.I am in charge of maintaining the pipeline construction for the Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Market, this includes following a project from the purchase of land, all the way to pre-leasing, through leasing out the building, and the demolishing of buildings as well.Along with construction, I work on the Aerial Team, whom primary focus is to track new construction going up across the United States. Our company plane will take pictures of construction going from a Bird Eye View, and we take the photos and apply them to proper property or create a new property.I also assist and making sure all data that we put in the system is entered correctly. If information is enter in incorrectly or information changes, these will cause an error with a To Do to be assigned to the researcher who caused the error. It is my duty to ensure all To Dos are fixed in a timely manor and if certain errors keep populating, developing a plan for the reviewer to overcome that obstacle. Part of maintaining relationships is running and understanding reports for clients. CoStar has a vast amount of information to pull from, but in order for the information to work for you, you need to know how to properly pull and understand these reports.
