I am an experienced attorney and procurement professional and highly skilled in all facets of procurement including source plan development, negotiation, category management, RFx tendering, business case analysis, and business partnering. As as a Vice President for Strategic Sourcing at TD Bank, I specialize in the development and execution of complex sourcing strategies in support the IT function at TD. I have more than 20 years experience in negotiating complex IT agreements including software licensing, cloud computing, and IT professional services with large IT suppliers. I have excellent project management skills and I hold educational degrees in Law (Temple University School of Law, J.D.), Business (Drexel University, M.B.A.) and Business Economics (Brown University, A.B.). Prior to joining TD, I practiced law as a commercial litigator with the Ledgewood Law Firm and as corporate counsel in the Intellectual Property Department for the City of Philadelphia.
