Launched in test markets in 2023 and featured in the New York Times.Fortune 50 Automotive: Spearheaded the experience strategy for a new battery electric vehicle division. Expedited product development by prioritizing requirements and features, conducting detailed capability assessments, and crafting a strategic roadmap.Multinational CPG: Defined the business case and operating model for an AI center of excellence at a $27B CPG client. Evaluated +100 use cases across ML, AI, GenAI and prioritized 25 with a combined ROI of +$100M. Developed a change management strategy that included governance, risk mitigation, and strategic partnerships, complemented by programs to promote AI tech adoption.National Pizza Chain: Enhanced value communication across digital ordering channels, leading a hybrid team of designers, researchers, and strategists through a user-centered process.
