This is my Mortgage profile ...Shortly after graduating from Hartford University in 2002 with my degree in Finance, I began working in the mortgage industry. I experienced firsthand the ups and down of this industry. I am one of the few that have not only benefited from the industry boom in 2003-2008, but also survived the hard hits and scrutiny the industry has endured in the past 5 years. I tackled the industry challenges with new laws, strict regulations, became licensed and learned the underwriting process. I have built my book over the past 11 years I have been in the industry, not only making it my career, but the livelihood that supports my family. I have been in all levels from entry to management and business owner. In order to be truly be successful in this business you have to know from beginning to end what goes into obtaining a mortgage or loan from approval to close and selling it to an investor. I can honestly say that I am equipped with extensive knowledge in all these areas and picked up a few more, such as credit building, real estate investments, business and commercial lending. I am constantly keeping up with the changes in the industry as well as the financial markets. I take great care and pride in my business and transfer that TLC to all my clients. I have acquired a large network of people in the mortgage, banking and real estate industry. My resources are unlimited.
