Ensured personnel followed appropriate procedures, and operated test equipment correctly. Supervise a number of maintenance spot-checks for two different department with an above 95% success rate.• Ensure 100% compliance with zero major administrative deficiencies during more than 6 audits and inspections by personally reviewing all information and schedules for the previous year’s worth of maintenance.• Qualified all qualifications including: Chief Reactor Watch (Reactor room mechanical supervisor) and all subordinate watch stations, Shutdown Reactor Mechanical Operator (shutdown reactor room mechanical supervisor and operator), Shutdown Roving Watch. • Handpicked for various watches during successful cool-down and heat-up of the reactor plant to perform time-critical reactor plant test and repairs because of my expert knowledge of plant operations.
