CurrentIn the past 5 years, Benchmark Construction Management has Owner's Rep Services for two large manufacturing facilities for Caterpillar, both approximately 900,000 sf each. One in Winston-Salem NC and the other in Athens GA. Benchmark has also provided Owner's Rep services for Amy's Kitchen, an all organic, all natural food processing company located in Petaluma CA, and the Hopedale Medical Complex for additions, and renovations to an existing hospital facility in Hopedale IL.Most recently we have provided Owner's Rep services for the remodel / renovation of the corporate offices of the Building Construction Products division of Caterpillar Inc. in Cary NC. Benchmark is currently providing value to Caterpillar Inc. by assisting with various construction projects at their Athens GA manufacturing facility, the facility that we oversaw construction of in 2012/2013.
