Support Services Manager role is to manage all service activities from post manufacture to end of life, for the Commtel infrastructure products (shelters, towers, solar arrays, generators, batteries etc). The infrastructure products are expected to operate reliably for 10, 15 or 20 years in industrial, harsh and often remote conditions, so this role will be critical to ensuring the necessary support and maintenance services are put in place, available and effective.
