Independently Created, Wrote and had implementation of GreenSource's initial (first edition) QMS Manual. Created in MS Visio, all SOP Procedure Flow Diagrams for QMS Core Processes (23+ flows) w/corresponding SOP, WI, & FM integrations. Included was "Process Auditing" done for both current and newly created supporting SOPs. Independently Created and Trained initial implementation of MS PowerPoint presentations for FOD and Counterfeit policies. Provided initial implementation of GreenSource's first "Contract Review" regarding Risk Assessment". Upgraded or Edited within Mgmt. team several existing SOPs (procedures) & WI (work instructions) to AS/ISO standards. Brought implementation of several new KPIs in pear needed in place for AS certification, w/suggestions to Upper Mgmt. of light alternations for bettering others. As well as, the implementation of GreenSource's first Customer Satisfaction Process (CSAT) with suggested KPI and SOP. Introduced a Training Process w/SOP (a core process needed) that induced an updated matrix w/regiment schedule. Produced Incoming Inspections Process including the SOP with AQLs.( a core SOP needed & TBD, if Co.used as Non-Conformance CAPA closure.) Closed a huge number of AS/ISO auditing gaps in the implementation certification, while suggesting others. Another worthy mention is I had Independently Created, Wrote GreenSource's initial (first edition) Rev A, GHS (SDS) Manual. The manual was lightly edited and had company implementation. (An OSHA compliance need). [Note: Only job function for about 11wks.] -
