Director of Plans and Operations of Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) Joint Force Headquarters Cyber (JFHQ-C) consisting of over 50 personnel. Provides planning and execution oversight for Joint and Army operational cyberspace forces in support of aligned Combatant Command objectives; conducts planning for cyber network exploitation, reconnaissance in cyberspace, cyberspace operational preparation of the environment (OPE), attack and defense. Coordinates cyberspace activities with three Geographic Combatant Commands and US CYBERCOM to develop prioritized target requirements. Recommends priorities for the allocations of critical resources in support of ongoing operations and the development of offensive cyber capabilities. Oversees the operational activities of 7 CMTs and 4 CSTs and provides planning and intel support to 6 CPTs. Supervises the support to Tier 1 level exercises for 4 Combatant Commands.

Serves as the primary deputy to the senior operations officer and the principle Corps staff officer for the planning, coordination, synchronization and execution of joint fires in support of Corps operations for the Army's only regionally aligned, globally responsive operational Corps HQ capable of duties as a CFLCC or CTF. Special area of emphasis on the effective planning, coordination and application of lethal and non-lethal operational fires provided for by organic, joint, combined, coalition, and partnered assets within the Corps' Area of Operations. Responsible for ensuring that the Fire Cell's (FC) Planning, Targeting and Synchronization teams and functions support the Corps' mission and operational plans. Responsible for the effective planning, coordination and application of lethal and non-lethal operational fires provided for by organic, joint, combined, coalition, and partnered assets within the Corps' Area of Operations. Supervises the Targeting and Cyber Electro Magnetic Activities sections to help integrate Field Artillery and Air Force assets in the planning and execution of lethal/non-lethal deliberate targeting, Field Artillery and Target Acquisition operations. Additionally, supervises Air Missile Defense (AMD) section to ensure Corps Air Defense Operations are synchronize across the Corps wand with our higher headquarters.

The senior, forward-deployed militaryofficer. The DO-A is located forward in Afghanistan and is supported by rearechelon Washington, DC-based staff. Guiding a forward-deployed assignedstaff.Director is responsible for all functions and life support, forceprotection, intelligence and logistics as necessary to enable TFBSO missionexecution along with liaison functions with civilian and militaryleadership. As a parallel responsibility, the DO-A works closely with theDirector, TFBSO to ensure unity of effort, synchronization with otherDoD/State organizations, as well as the Government of the Islamic Republicof Afghanistan. The TFBSO Program Managers adhere to guidance established bythe DO-A on in-country program execution terms. DO-A reports to theDirector, TFBSO (SES).

The Division Commander's primary advisor on fire support matters. Establishes and supervises the activities of the Fire Support cell. Plans and synchronizes fire support, prepares the fire support portion of division operation plans and orders. Responsible for coordinating and synchronizing lethal, non-lethal, and influence targets within the Division. Responsible for developing and reporting assessments of targeting efforts, in conjunction with the Fires Brigade Commander. Advises the Division Commander on the training and readiness of over 2,000 field artillerymen in the division. Supervises the duties, training, morale, health, and welfare of 22 personnel.

Commander of a fires battalion consisting of two firing batteries, a headquarters battery and a forward support company with 3 82 Soldiers and 13 8 tactical vehicles, 16 towed howitzers, and one Q36 radar. Responsible for ensuring the unit is prepared to deploy, fight, and win anywhere in the world as part of a Modular Infantry Brigade Combat Team in the US Army; Responsible for building, training, maintaining, leading and caring of all the Soldiers and their Families; Responsible for effectively managing the Battalion's resources consisting of over $6 million in organic equipment and an annual budget surpassing $2 million. Responsible for maintaining a high level of discipline, morale, and welfare for Soldiers and Families by creating a positive and effective command climate and a resilient Family Readiness Group that is prepared for deployment.

Graefenwhoer, Germany

Develops and disseminates training doctrine, strategy, plans, and policy for the G3 in support of USAREUR leadership and its 50,000 Soldiers. Identifies and validates USAREUR training requirements anywhere in the AOR and represents USAREUR on training matters within EUCOM, the Army Staff, the Joint Staff, and other MACOMs and nations. Provides recommendations to the G3 and the Commanding General, 7th A/JMTC on all training matters. Serves as the G 3's principle agent for the planning, coordination, and staffing of all training and organizational transformation initiatives. Manages USAREUR Training Ammunition Program. Provides research and analysis support for training assessments directed by the USAREUR leadership. Leads a staff consisting of 35 NCOs, officers, and civilians.
