- Responsible for processing Residential and Commercial Building Consents. This involved coordinating with technical experts and various WCC departments to ensure Building Consents were appropriately assessed in accordance with Quality Management Systems and relevant Legislation.- Managed processes, sub-teams and cross-departmental relationships including internal and external Engineering Teams, Resource Planning Technicians and the Administration Team.- Inducted, mentored and completed technical and process supervision reviews for Graduates in my role as Graduate Supervisor.

The work ranged across multiple locations within the Lower Hutt area, the work included indoor/outdoor painting, plastering, chimney removal, removing/installing insulation, water-blasting, gardening and regular lawn-mowing. These jobs helped develop my time management skills and furthered my interest in the building industry.
