• Assist in the acquisition of personnel.• Conduct orientation program for new hires. • Ensure new hire paperwork is filled out completely and timely including benefits packages• Enroll all new employees in required federal & state websites – E-verify & LaNewhire• Assist managers in performance • Review and investigate personnel for disciplinary situations.• Create new customer accounts in the accounting system, manage new PO’s from the accounting perspective, and ensure they are in the project folders. Maintain work backlog.• Manage accounts receivables, ensure all products shipped are invoiced, contact customers for payment status, send account balance statements periodically to ensure customer records agree with company records.• Perform all administrative duties required to ship products including invoicing, preparing required shipping and commercial documents, and providing all documents to the customer via email prior to shipping.
