34 years of management experience spanning the US Army to franchising. After serving as an Infantry officer with the 82nd Airborne Division, commanded with the 2nd Armored Division and the 3rd US Infantry (The Old Guard), and on the Secretary of Defense's staff.Opened a Mail Boxes Etc. franchise in 1993; followed by additional locations in 1995, 1997 and 1999. Converted all locations in Washington, DC to The UPS Store format in 2003. After selling the downtown location in 2004, opened a location in a hotel in Baltimore in 2011, and a second hotel in February 2013. The fifth store is in a luxury hotel in Washington DC, which opened in April 2013., and the sixth opening in the Rotunda Shopping Center in central Baltimore, MD in June 2017.Has earned numerous revenue awards and served on regional and national committees representing other franchise owners. Has led and trained other owners in digital printing during the last three years. Has served as a mentor and coach for numerous owners as they have developed their stores.Serves on the board of directors of the Capitol Hill Business Improvement District.
