  o Manage the Domestic and Import Joint Restraint and Accessories product lines for the U.S. and our export customers, directly contributing to the growth of these product lines from $62 million to more than $150 million in annual sales.o Run sales and margin analysis to identify areas of opportunity for sales, product line expansion, and business development. Took the lead in the development more than 20 new product lines of varying size ranges from the point of initiation, planning marketing rollouts and associated documents, to monitoring the resulting sales.o Build and maintain data records using Excel to generate reports and presentations for executive leadership.o Analyze sales forecasts to provide input and approval, then measuring the sales data to adjust the forecast as needed. Adjustments may include, but were not limited to, inventory planning and pricing management as well as marketing and sales initiatives. o Develop and implement internally provided pricing for specialty products associated with the Joint Restraint and Accessory product lines.o Conduct cost efficiency analysis to determine if products or complete product lines should be discontinued or require additional attention.o Audit internal pricing methods and theories to ensure Star Pipe maintains competitive market pricing.o Provide technical product assistance to customers and sales team members to create effective solutions and efficient customer service, coordinating with Star Pipe’s Engineering team to verify applications.o Review project specifications from customers to determine application requirements and provide product recommendations.o Compliance Team Member – review all domestic and international requirements issued by the EPA and other government agencies to ensure the Joint Restraint and Accessories product lines met all requirements.o Conduct company and industry analysis to assist Senior Management with potential acquisitions.
