CurrentPoint of contact for Training and Development professionals to assist in identifying the right courseConducts discovery sessions to discern Training requirements and provide a tailored training solutionEnsures that training programs are designed, developed and delivered within the ISO 29990:2010 standardsFacilitate logistical arrangements and support for online and classroom courses.Collaborates with Instructors to create effective courses and learning experiences according to pedagogical/ instructional design best practices.Evaluating and measuring the impact of key learning initiatives using delegate feedbacks, pre & post assessments and metrics to validate value and impact and adapt accordingly.Receiving incoming customer inquiries and phone calls and responds to requests.Providing administrative support for the daily business of Luthando Skills & TrainingExplaining programs and services, advises, and assists faculty and participants in relation to the Luthando Skills & Training policies and procedures.
