Staff Performance Manager
Current- Daily recruiting, screening and interviewing to fill open positions- Conducts all new hire orientation and new hire check-ins on first day of work- Audits onboarding requirements and confirms new hire start requirements are met- Participates in client forecasting meetings and remains informed and knowledgeable of client's current and upcoming business needs- Serves as a liaison between the organizational and internal/external partners- Manage daily attendance reports, headcounts reports- Process weekly payroll and maintain time clock database- Documents and investigates safety incidents and participates in client meetings to discuss safety and operational efficiency- Handles worker's com claims and documents unemployment- Develops and maintains reports with management and supervisors to maintain consistencies in all departments- Use CRM, Power BI, and time/attendance software- Coaches associates on policies that could be implications and involves onsite HR and leads investigations- Conduct employee performance reviews and assigns and end associate assignments
