"Changing the World - One Family At a Time" ESH&HFC is a non-profit agency in East St. Louis, IL that works towards moving families out of poverty and into home ownership. We try to build one house per year and have built 18 of them since we began in 1997! 13 of these houses are now homes to families that OWN them.

Despite 7.5 years of very hard work, the economy and competition forced the company's closure in February of 2010.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of 14 nationwide group field sales offices. Field force was comprised of 14 Managers and 23 sales representatives. Additionally, there were approximately 31 support staff members in the field offices.

Responsible for the sale and renewal of Boston Mutual's entire product portfolio in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Minnesota through brokers, consultants and third party administrators. Products included Life, AD&D, STD, LTD, Dental, Medical Excess Loss, Mass Marketing (Life/AD&D) and Special Risk (Travel Accident). Also responsible for short and long.

Selling administrative services and excess loss insurance to employers self-funding their medical insurance plans through brokers and agents.

Responsible for sales and service of new and in-force group insurance products. Products included fully insured Life, AD&D, STD, LTD, Dental, Managed Care, Excess Loss and ASO contracts.
