(YSK), I directed the organization's business trajectory from one manufacturing operation located in York, PA, with $3.5M per year in revenues in 1994 to a $33M+ per year with three manufacturing operations, in Pennsylvania and one in Post Falls, ID.- Additionally, I ushered the company's entry into the computer age by implementing various business systems. Starting with introducing the company to the World Wide Web, I was the lead person in charge of designing the company's multiple websites and all social media initiatives. - To top it all off, I completed three acquisitions at YSK that resulted in multiple positive shifts to the company's overall growth.I have traveled extensively in our country and internationally for my recognition as a sought-after speaker and spoke at many association meetings during my career.
