My current role involves working with students who exhibit very challenging behaviour both in and around school. I am currently working with 20 students from years 7-11 with a range of SEMH conditions and backgrounds. My remit is to reintegrate them back into mainstream schooling as well as to holistically develop their academic, social and interpersonal skills.
