Managing ongoing integration activities between Leaf Healthcare and Smith & Nephew. Responsible for New Product Development and the continued development of the LEAF Patient Monitoring System.

Managed the firmware, hardware, and software teams to drive continuous product development and feature enhancements. Responsible for collecting feedback from the customer and Engineering, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to drive product improvements. Developed key analytics and reporting platforms to empower customer and improve system performance.

Prototyped, developed and obtained a 510(k) clearance for a wireless patient monitoring system that tracks patient orientation and activity in clinical settings for the prevention of hospital acquired conditions such as pressure injuries. Managed development of custom firmware, hardware, and software components and maintained design documentation under a QMS. Responsible for developing an analytics platform to analyze performance. Helped manage and run clinical trials, and coauthored a paper detailing reductions in pressure injuries.

Planned, designed, and executed remediation plans for a range of environmental cleanup sites ranging from LUSTs to terminals to refineries. Used risk based management to expedite site cleanup, and accelerate closure while successfully mitigating environmental impacts and risks.
