Over 20 years of relevant experience in small, medium and large pharmaceutical companies as a business leader, building a deep and broad C-Suite pharmaceutical executive skill set that includes: Strategy, Leadership, BD&L Negotiations, BD&L Search & Evaluation, M&A, Investment Banking, Product Marketing, Alliance Management, Market Access, Operations, and Managed Markets, built on a B.S. from Cornell and an MBA from Columbia Business School. I have been fortunate to contribute to high-level strategic decisions at the Senior Management/Board levels while at Chase, Wyeth, Pfizer, Organon, Kos Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, Aralez, Lupin, Medexus and now Eyepoint. I have utilized my skills and experience to not only build a strong deal sheet, but importantly to also utilize strategy and insight for the discretion to walk when appropriate. I have managed strong teams while conducting strategic and transformational deals to create significant value. My breadth of experience has provided optimal evaluation and negotiation strategies, incorporating commercial and managed market perspectives into key decisions. I have developed a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, the challenges that we face, both today and tomorrow, and strategies for the future of US healthcare. I’ve had the honor of speaking at industry conferences and panels, and have enjoyed volunteering my time to help others meet their goals. My strengths include my ability to critically analyze a situation, rapidly develop and evaluate solutions (both financially and strategically), build consensus, and clearly present recommendations to negotiate superior terms. I feel confident in my ability to tackle any challenge and feel strongly that there are "solutions" to all problems. I have developed a large professional network as I have been lucky to work with outstanding people through my career. My goal is to utilize my experience and skills at the most senior level to make impactful business decisions and grow my company.Specialties: Negotiations, strategic thinking, assessing/evaluating opportunities/challenges, financial analysis, creative terms, licensing, problem solving, networking
