As a Superintendent I am experienced in client liaison, interdepartmental liaison, managing the ROV crew, co-coordinating and implementing work scope, producing work scope templates, liaising with shore side departments and ensuring the smooth and lean operation of the ROV department.My experience Supervising includes the mobilization: since the planning to the commissioment of both work and observation class systems. Factory Acceptance Trials for Work Class and Observation Class ROVs, construction, survey, tie ins, pipe lay, drill/dive support, tooling intervention. Maintaining and repairing Hydraulic, electrical and fiber optic control systems. Management of safety, including team organization, accident reporting, effective use of safety management system, undertake regular safety meetings, Risk Assessments and emergency situations.My versatility is shown the challenge I had between Mar/19 and Sep/19 when I work as Dive Maintenance Superintendent and ROV Superintendent simultaneously.
