Additionally handling the Administration and Payments (Finance) functions for the UAE offices.Human Resources• Manpower Management - staff through references, manpower consultants and job sites. • Staff Medical Insurance Management - involves the entire end to end administration process, MIS maintenance and claims processing• HR Administration - Visa / work permit processing, liasing with PRO for all labour issues, liasing with the immigration and labour offices for any compliance issues. • Training• Regulatory and Compliance Management - regular filing of returns on HR for all overseas offices, Audit incharge both external and internal for UAE offices. Payroll• Staff Payroll Management - • Outsourced Manpower payroll coordination• Staff Benefits Management - HRA advance, LTA advance, Loans etc.Administration• Office admin incharge including upkeep and maintenance for three Offices in UAE• Fixed asset management, inventory, maintenance & procurement• Supervision of courier and post collection and distribution• Rent agreements renewal / Office Commercial Licence renewals / PRO agreements renewal• Negotiations for the price and terms of service for all the commercial contractsFinance• Finance incharge for all the three offices in UAE• Petty Cash Maintenance• Payments Management - all staff and vendor payments through cheques, SWIFT and bank remittances. • Budget and Expense Control - involves monthly indenting from the head office, sending expense statements. IT & Infrastructure• Maintenance of IT & Office equipment and Infrastructure. • Liasing with local IT vendors and IT Unit at India head office for troubleshooting and network maintenance• Procurement of IT and office equipment• Negotiations for the price and terms of service for all the IT & Cleaning and Maintenance contracts

• Payroll Management for the entire bank consisting of over 10,000 staff - Collating data, monitoring for consistency and accuracy• Tax and compliance management• Supervision of staff benefits - loans, advances, awards• Managing the Human Resource Management System• Annual Appraisals Management - identifying eligible staff, designing the appraisal form, arranging the dispatch to the Units, preparing various scenarios for the increments, promotions, bonus for board approval, collating the performance ratings, executing upload of letters on the portal, coordinating the revised salary credit with the finance department. • Quarterly Promotions Management• Incentives Management - Devising incentive plans for all the sales function, calculating the incentives based on data given by finance, arranging disbursement• Employee Stock Options Scheme Management - Assisting in devising ESOP schemes for board approval, supervision and liasioning with various units for uploading the data on the employee portal in conjunction with the legal department and query resolutions.
