I am a high level communicator with excellent people skills which has been made evident by my ability to lead cross-functional teams, whilst building relationships with internal/external customers including state and federal government departments, regulatory authorities and other key stakeholders. I also have extensive experience in the Workers Compensation/Insurance arena, primarily within Injury Management, as well as having established a boutique Rehabilitation Provider in that period. Following a move into the medico-legal realm in 2014 with mlcoa, part of my role as a CRM was to develop and grow our educational program which assisted the business with building brand awareness and providing high level education events, whilst maintaining relationships within key markets and schemes. I was also responsible for developing sales and marketing plans across multiple jurisdictions and territories (SA/NT).
