Responsible for continuing development of Environmental Management System. Development, establishment and implementation of OH&S Management System based on AS 4801 throughout Group, within the 15 manufacturing Divisions including both factories, the installation sites and major building fit-out sites, Offices in capital cities and international offices. In the OH&S management, within 18 months of assuming responsibility, achieved significant reduction in Workcover claims and premiums. The whole EMS was upgraded to ISO14001-2004 in 2005. Site OHSMS has been externally AS4801 certified, and several Divisions have been accredited with the Office of Fed Safety Commissioner since 2006.In 2010, managing a project integrating the AS 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS and AS 4801 OHSMS across the whole Group of 20 + Divisions in 10 locations in Australia, with about 1000 employees.
