Mike Pizzi is Managing Director, Head of Technology, and Chairman and CEO of the Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association and the Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. Prior to these roles, he served as Head of Digital Direct and Co‐Head of Equity Administration at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, leading E*TRADE’s direct‐to-consumer, digital self‐directed business, and co‐leading the equity administration business. He is also a member of the Morgan Stanley Operating and Management Committees.Previously, Mike served as Chief Executive Officer of E*TRADE Financial prior to its acquisition byMorgan Stanley in 2020. He started at E*TRADE in 2003 and served in several executive roles includingChief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to these he served in avariety of leadership positions including the Corporate and bank Treasurer. He also held variouspositions in the portfolio management and derivatives functions at E*TRADE.Before joining E*TRADE, Mike worked in asset/liability management at both Lehman Brothers andFirst Maryland Bank, as well as in capital markets research for the Federal Reserve Board.
