CurrentPrimarily commissioned by Bumper Man, Inc. The focus of my business is to help fellow franchise owners be successful by coming alongside them and assisting them with their goals. Success is multi-faceted and subjective. It may be measured by financial, relational, physical, spiritual, emotional, or any number of other categories. Perspective is critically important to a person's health and success in any pursuit in this life. Honestly, most of the time, we already know the individual components to be successful, we may simply lack the proper perspective to see how to navigate from where we are to where we'd like to be. Proper perspective often yields a larger vision for one's life and business, and vision gives one direction and motivation for the journey ahead.In addition to perspective, sometimes we need support. Support comes in many forms - both internal and external; encouragement, education, tools, techniques, resources, etc. Resources can be tangible (we like those!) but usually revolve around relationships. Almost all of our opportunities come to us through people. People are highly valuable. As a result, relationships are highly valuable. People (and our relationships with them) are the foundation of our success no matter how one chooses to measure success. If one is willing to build, repair and maintain healthy relationships, struggle to find proper perspective, and gain a vision for where you want to be, the rest of the details will usually work themselves out as one moves forward. The resources and support one needs to be successful always come through other people. Value people, use money. Don't get that twisted.
