I have many years of experience in various positions in engineering, development, manufacturing and services. Over a decade in the corporate world where I have successfully managed various teams and projects over the years. My passion is analysing problems, identifying root causes and then applying corrective actions. This is always with respect to available capacity and expected benefits. I always find potential in my team members, stimulating their inner motivation to achieve our goals.
