Own, operate, program, install and fill various ATMs in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Locate potential ATM locations such as convenience stores, liquor stores, corporate buildings, restaurants, barbershops, private function halls…Negotiate contract terms with owners of viable establishments. Order compatible ATM and equipment based on new client’s needs. Custom program new ATM to represent establishment. Deliver and install ATM at establishment. Test new equipment to ensure proper working condition. Remotely monitor ATM activity using processor programming. Load cash into ATM vault based on activity and frequency needed. Maintain constant contact with Client to ensure establishment’s needs are met. Ensure all Federal, State, Local and banking laws and compliance needs are met and strictly adhered to.

Act as primary Client contact person for assigned portfolio. Portfolio consists of 250+ employees, 6000+ HPW and 45+ sites across northern MA, NH and Maine, which includes overseeing Cleared Sites. Ensure all post requirements are current and complete at each portfolio site including training, licensing compliance, uniform appearance standards are being met and other staff client relations policies are being administered. Following policy for staff coaching and discipline are followed, employee & client complaints are promptly reported, investigated and resolved, and compliance with all employees’ relations policies is followed consistently. Work closely with sales team and participate in sales presentations to potential clients. Directly responsible for new account startups and transitions. Review, maintain and address financial reports such as Invoicing, Business Income Statements, and Aging Reports. Lead and participate in contract negotiations to establish profitable and mutually agreed upon wage/bill rates for each client. Posting of new available positions, interviewing candidates, assigning new hires to appropriate sites and ensure all proper licensing and compliance requirements are met prior to candidates start.

Manager of a 200+ hour security account composed of 2 sites. Maintain safety and Security of Sites. Delegate authority to Security Professionals. Compose schedules. Maintain client contact between sites and Allied Universal. Compose payroll. Attend monthly/weekly meetings for AUS & Client to discuss daily reports and security needs and requirements. Maintain positive, friendly, helpful personality to accurately sustain proper work environment for Allied/Eisai employees. Develop security programs/training sessions to maintain effective daily security needs. Medical Response Team organizer/member which dispatches on site MRTs to medical emergencies, maintains communication with 911 and/or Andover Fire Rescue and addresses on site medical needs to medical patient.
