Ten years of experience with GE in continually progressive assignments for three different GE business units. Each role allowed for application of skill sets and accomplishments to different GE segments resulting in a broader knowledge of the business and increasing levels of experience. - GE Supply (Gexpro) - West Region P&L Manager Full P&L responsibility for U.S. Western region providing on-site supply-chain management services of Industrial Fasteners for OEM accounts in the Aerospace, Technology, Energy, Industrial and Transportation markets. Annual sales for the region exceeded $60MM with a staff of 75 employees and over 300 customer accounts. Assigned to lead the turn-around of this region which lost over $2MM of net income in the 1st half of 2004. Through very focused realignment of costs and directing process improvements the region delivered $2MM of profit in 2005, $4MM in 2006 and a record $7.5MM in 2007. - GE Energy Services - Operations ManagerLed the integration of an acquired services business into GE Energy that specialized in maintenance and repair services of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS’s) and DC/Battery Systems for mission-critical facilities such as Data Centers. The business consisted of ~75 Field Service Engineers and ~40 headquarter employees providing 24x7 technical support, test/repair, and customer service. - GE Automation Services - Manufacturing ManagerDirected the manufacturing business segment with full P&L responsibility for two facilities (Dallas, TX and Pensacola, FL – both ISO9001 certified), which produced custom-engineered control panels for industrial and utility customers. Delivered record level results from 1999 – 2002 with accumulative sales of $106MM and profit of $35MM. Each plant had a staff of design engineers, system test technicians, mechanical/electrical assemblers, and material procurement resources for a total of 175 employees.

Five years of experience performing project management, quality assurance and project engineering support functions for the design/assembly/installation of distributed control and factory automation systems. Products include control systems for discrete manufacturing and continuous industrial process applications. Provided support to sales and technical staff working directly with customers to ensure the quality of the products and systems. Implemented process improvement projects and developed quality standards to obtain ISO 9001 certification.Additional five years of experience managing a NPI engineering division that produced real-time process control systems for manufacturing applications. Responsible for all functions of the company including: Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales & Marketing. This company was an acquisition by private equity from Johnson Controls and was hired by the ownership as General Manager to transform the organization from a NPI group to a complete sales, engineering & installation business.
