Extensive asset protection/loss prevention/security experience in the retail/corporate environment. Strong leadership skills, with a focus on clear consistent communication, and leading by example. Extensive experience working in team environments, including strong management, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Responsibilities in current position include by are not limited to the following: conduct various AP related inspections and investigations; respond and react to incidents of internal and external crime, including violations of policy; supervise the assignments and results of outside security services; assist in the establishment and enforcement of company policy; prepare and present various reports for timely distribution; represent the company interests at court proceedings, unemployment hearings, and union grievance meetings; supervise subordinates within the AP Department; diagram and installation of proprietary key path way systems; and diagram and installation of CCTV systems.
