An 18 month secondment to a major transformation project. As a Business Expert my role is to support the Product Owner with the development of our new customer facing web system.I will be working with business stakeholders to identify requirements, working with our Business Analysts to express the requirements as user stories and working closely with our UX team to ensure we create the best possible user experience for our customers and associates.

I was part of the project team that created our Hitachi Capital Associates sales channel. After a pilot period that ran from November 13 - March 14 we launched officially in April 14. I have played a key role in a successful first year and we have plenty more to come!My key responsibilities include:Management of the Sales Support Team providing support to our network of Associates. We are a team of 5 including myself and 4 Sales Support Executives.Management and development of business processes including;- Quoting- Ordering- Agreement administration- Payment of suppliers and Associates- In life contract management and service delivery- Complaint managementTake on and set up of new Associates, including both core system and onlinePromotion of new special offers through our Marketing team.Reporting of business volumes and activity to National Sales Manager

Responsible for the operational service delivery to some of our key strategic customers. Working with fleet contacts to administer their fleet policies.Management of a service delivery team dedicated to specific customers, responsibilities included; - Driver support - Order processing- Licence checking and reporting- Pool fleet management- Fuel card management- Net mileage reportingCompleting monthly operational reviews with Fleet Managers, reviewing performance and looking for ways to assist with business challenges.Assisting the Strategic Account Manager with policy reviews, Ad Hoc projects and implementation of new products.
