• Point of contact for four major hospital organizations in the Grand Central (Admissions, Discharges and Patient Movement) application of Epic software. Lead multiple calls a week with all information system analysts at all four organization to identify and remedy issues both functionally and related to hospital workflows.• Consult my customer organizations on their long-term goals, business strategies, trouble-shooting processes and end-user and customer happiness.• Part of the Capacity Management expert group at the company and have led multiple internal development projects increasing our capability to report on capacity figures for hospitals.• Project management lead for several projects at my customer organizations. One of which, the Patient Flow Services project at a major academic hospital, included visiting the hospital numerous times to discover how they were using Epic currently, which new features they could leverage, and other functional and workflow issues they were having which we could solve using our software. This was a 6-month project and included meeting with everyone from the executives of the hospital to the housekeeping staff to fully ensure we understood their goals and capabilities.

Gained employment for the summer as an intern for the operations department in a moisture control factory. Was originally hired to design cuts for CNC saw using Solidworks, but over time earned more responsibilities. Was called upon to analyze possible causes for CNC saw improperly cutting pieces and upon inspection, using experience with human factors, discovered cutting tables were uneven. Was also given data for all completed parts along with their grades and asked to find statistics most influencing the quality of the piece. Found that while the products were treated with chemicals, a warmer factory climate was more likely to result in a failed inspection.
