Over the past years, my involvement in various projects within research labs across the country and finally at a CMDO's Research & Development department has transformed me into a versatile NUCLEIC ACIDS SPECIALIST with a broad knowledge in mid- & downstream processing and analytic methods and development. Due to occasional involvement in Quality Control I am also familiar with GMP documentation.My repertoire of skills include: Cell Lysis, TFF, FPLC, HPLC, Quant-iT RNA, BCA protein assays, Gel Electrophoresis, protein & plasmid expression & purification, PCR, cell-culture manipulation, pyro-sequencing+ other molecular biology & biochemistry techniquesand most importantly: reliability, adaptability, strong communication and organization skill, independent with an open and creative mindset
