Support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA (DE&C)) within Headquarters, Department of the Army, ASA(ALT).Lead for coordination of strategic plans such as the NDS, ACP, ASAP, ISCAP, etc.Team lead for strategy and regional plans working in coordination with HQDA G35, ASCCs and DSCA.Office lead for DASD, SC’s Security Cooperation Reform Working Group (SCRWG).

Assigned to Headquarters, Department of the Army, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA (DE&C)).• Subject matter expert, providing technical and strategic advice to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army on assigned programs and current initiatives with foreign partners, and recommending courses of action long-term and short range strategic bilateral engagements in support of Army international programs. • Develop long-range strategic guidance and short-range tactical/operational plans that set goals, objectives, and resource requirements, for bilateral and multilateral engagements with foreign partners on behalf of Army Senior (SES, Flag) leaders to review the status of ongoing projects, present priorities and examine future collaboration.• Work closely with organizations such as OSD-Policy, OSD(AT&L), DSCA, and DoS PM RSAT, etc to regularly assess current and proposed changes in strategic, acquisition, and business planning policy, guidance, and activities to assist with identify and developing new technology ventures and associated initiatives, strategies, and concepts.• Manage the SOUTHCOM and NORTHCOM strategic planning portfolio, which includes monitoring which countries are been approved for foreign assistance programs and the foreign assistance funding levels authorized for each, identifying cooperation opportunities within the respective AORs, and coordinating strategic engagements.

[04/2011-Present] - Served concurrently as the Booz Allen Project Manager, Senior Planner and Country Portfolio Manager to Headquarters, Department of the Army through the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA (DE&C)). [07/2008-04/2011] - International Project Officer / Acquisition Analyst for the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) program. Provided day-to-day operational management of international activities, acquisition team member on the system engineering and test & evaluation IPTs, and supported international agreements and acquisition strategies. [07/2006-07/2008] - Capabilities Based Assessment (CBA) Analyst. Conducted various requirements analysis projects and authored JCIDS documentation in the Command and Control (C2) and Logistics domains. [07/2005-07/2006] - Defense Research Analyst in support of multiple analysis efforts such as Vertical Takeoff and Landing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (VUAVs), the Backscatter Radars, and the Global Hawk program.

-Served as primary analyst for the company’s Program Management Office in support of Army clients at Night Vision Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) and U.S. Army Military Police School (USAMPS).-Created and maintained the program’s integrated master schedule (IMS) and earned value management system (EVMS).-Generated and maintained the monthly cost and schedule status reports.-Responsible for coordination and logistics associated with product demonstrations at trade shows and system testing.-Assisted in the development of program budgets, resource allocation, and program management.
