Ensuring a safe, high quality & effective environment whilst maintaining a lean and cost-efficient operation with streamlined processes, procedures and scheduling for optimum efficiency.• Developing and Managing market leading advanced technical training facilities achieving a reduction in external and direct costs by over 30%• Managing and supporting the operational team achieving a reduction in UK wide running costs of over 25%• Managing and supporting the financial, procurement and development team in innovative company expansion with globally successful projects and expansion of client pipeline• Investigate and address client and market demand with development of specialist courses, training management services and bespoke training or assessment• Auditing and reviewing education and training course materials, standards to ensuring compliance both with the external accrediting bodies and customer needs• Representing the company as a market facing, specialist for development and market penetration• Auditing of quality, safety and compliance to ensure the highest level of safety, customer satisfaction• Developing, and driving an expansion of facilities, staff and services by over 500% whilstmaintaining strict standards and quality requirements across all sites• Plan and develop business cases, conduct market research, manage projects for all areas of the company’s global expansion of 3rd party facilities• Present and report on all aspects of monthly performance including, financial, staff performance, customer satisfaction, company development, strategy and projects
