My career has been a journey of diverse experiences, continual growth, learning and development.I’ve accumulated a breadth of strategic skills honed with lived experience encompassing media, advertising, brand, identity and organisational storytelling.I’ve complemented these skills with the experience of leading and managing several businesses.I’ve accompanied this with my own parallel journey in board governance.All of which now sees me being able to manage a wide range of relationships with credibility – from marketing teams with a brand focus, to inside the business with senior leadership teams looking at issues such as internal organisational alignment, to working with boards on the shape and articulation of their long-term strategies.At its simplest I’m a problem solver.My approach is collaborative and co-creative.I use my breadth of strategic skills, depth of experience together with a polymathic curiosity for knowledge and new ideas to help teams and leaders identify and solve problems and realise opportunities.I’m generous with my time – especially when it comes to supporting creativity and the development of future talent.
