A Year To Build BetterCt Industries Jan 2020 - Jul 2020We are now halfway through 2020.We’ve been lucky so far. Our focus on marketing remains big, and the result is a number of on-going projects as well as some stunning projects in the pipeline.During lockdown I doubled down to rebuild legacy systems that have been dragging along with the business over the last 20 years. I developed a huge streamlined quotation system coupled with a comprehensive database of available products which are combined to form the systems that we implement. This has enabled us to do more quotations faster, and therefore sell more effectively.Because of the economic downturn, I have revisited my strategy of 2008, thereby diversifying our flooring offering and selling rather aggressively into the residential space again. These smaller projects means that we are now installing about three low-risk residential floors a week while still continuing our industrial projects.This strategy means that we have been extremely busy since we were allowed to move around again.
