· Responsible for managing high risk collection files of approximately $5M in value, which include AR balances and future balances of contractual obligations.· Restructure / Re-finance Customer Lease and Service agreements to assist them during Covid-19, having critical discussions regarding cash flow, revenue generation and expense management to ensure they continue to be able to pay Xerox along with customer retention.· Work with Credit and Legal departments when required when dealing with complex contract restructures and negotiations.· Manage high risk list of customers and present monthly to the Canadian CFO and Corporate Chief Risk Officer advising of total exposure of the AR file and providing insight into potential bad debt write-offs.· Partner with the sales organization to assist in strategies to generate revenue and improve the AR file.· Supervise Legal / AR Analyst and assist when required

· Responsible for yearly planning, monthly forecasting, and month end activities and analysis for $225M of annual SG&A costs.· Prepare and analyze month-end results, versus plans / forecasts and prior years.· Work with various organizations across the company to ensure they align to their SG&A plans and forecasts as well as advise best practices to ensure SG&A spend is in line with expectations.· Track cost saving initiatives to ensure risks to plans / forecasts are mitigated.· Present monthly cost results to CFO explaining any gaps to plans/ forecasts.· Track all costs and work with VP of accounting on Oracle ERP implementation (valued at over $60M).

· Responsible for yearly planning, monthly forecasting, and all month-end activities and analysis for $200M of annual service costs.· Subject matter expert for Xerox Canada regarding service costs for all lines of business.· Track cost saving initiatives to ensure risks to plans / forecasts are mitigated.· Present monthly cost results to VP of Finance and VP of Technical Service, explaining any gaps to plans/ forecasts.

• Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) tester for Accounting, Financial Reporting and Revenue cycles. Worked with groups to remediate SOX issues and improve processes to ensure compliance with Corporate and SEC policies. Obtained a cross functional knowledge of various business groups and their key processes.• Helped develop the KB&CA (Key Business Control Assessment) documents which assess’ Controllers and Sales VP performance on key performance metrics. Published results on a monthly basis to senior management and leadership team.• Owner of Canadian SOX reporting database. Responsible to update and maintain internal reporting database which tracks all tests plans and audit results. Created quarterly testing results for senior management corporate presentations.• Annually updated and created process documentation, risk and segregation of duties analysis for various controls.• Participated on various committees: Finance & Administration Career fair, Semi-annual Finance communication day.
