Responsibility for the business operations of the IT department including overall spend (measured as a % of revenue), year over year productivity, project delivery, customer satisfaction, service level agreements, and audit compliance. Developed an enterprise IT strategy in collaboration with the CIO to establish IT as a value driver and strategic enabler for the company. Established a project prioritization methodology and an overall IT portfolio of projects geared towards maximizing ROI and minimizing conflicting priorities. Developed an IT operating model in line with the company’s strategic priorities and organizational structure.

Responsible for the development of an IT strategy for the engineering function by linking the deployment of world-class engineering platforms to the enterprise engineering long range plan. Responsible for the business case development, leadership alignment, approval, design, deployment and support of an enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform leveraging the PTC Windchill technology. Deployed a standard project and portfolio platform leveraging Microsoft’s Project Server technology.
