I focus my practice on construction and surety litigation, commercial litigation and appellate advocacy. My legal career began in 2010 by accepting a clerkship with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department, where I served as an Appellate Court Attorney.Following the conclusion of my clerkship, I joined TLGGR, where I am now a partner. During my time at TLGGR, I have been involved in litigating some of the largest surety and construction disputes in the country. I am closely involved in the firm’s appellate practice, using the insight and expertise I gained during my clerkship at the Appellate Division to help clients achieve their desire results. In addition to litigation, I have also forged a unique role in assisting art galleries and artists navigate various legal issues, including the negotiation of complex licensing agreements with large entertainment conglomerates.
