Lead Human Resources Generalist
Current• Support and build relationships with over 50 outsourced clients in various industries consisting of employee populations of 5 to over 300 employees. • Provide guidance and assistance on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance and compensation management, counseling, and PIPs.• Conduct employee investigations including harassment and discrimination. Partner with employment law as necessary. • Manage the leave of absence process including, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, and FEHA. • Consult with clients and draft handbook addenda to fit the needs of their organization.• Interpret and communicate new and existing HR laws to clients, including, but not limited to, legislation involving COVID-19. • Mentor internal HR team to foster growth and a collaborative team dynamic.• Liaise with payroll, benefits, labor and employment law, risk management and IT to offer high-level service to clients. • Mentor and provide guidance to internal HR team to foster a collaborative team dynamic.
