A Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager with more than 40-years of involvement in a diverse array of civil engineering design and analysis projects, including extensive experience in the design of stormwater management systems; design and permitting of lake and pond dredging projects; the design and permitting of land development projects of all types; the design of environmental restoration projects; the design of public water and sewer improvements; and analysis of flood hazardsCurrently the Director of Operations for AECOM's Water Business Unit for the Southeast Region. Over 800 professionals in the Southeast Region Water Business Unit provide comprehensive services relative to water supply and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment and water resources management throughout Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. Previously managed the Stormwater and Flood Mitigation Group for AECOM (Legacy URS) in the Germantown Maryland Office.
