The Sample Processor is responsible for receiving the samples and delivering them to Merchandising. They prep samples to prepare for Studio production, and pack and ship merchandise back to Vendors. Must be a team player as they support and are a key part to the relationship with Studio, Vendors and MerchandisingAs a Sample Processor, you may be assigned or rotated through one of several functional areas which may include:• Front End - unpack and hang all products that arrive. Take low res image, capture CCO (care and country or origin) and measurements and enter into tool/system. Deliver samples to Merchandising. Pick up samples from Merchandising to bring down to prep team. • Preparation - verify what was entered into the tool matches the product they have in hand. De-tag and sort all merchandise into prep categories. Prepare samples for shoot - steam, stuff and package product so that it's ready to be shot by studio. • Packing - verifies samples against tool. Look at vendor notes to determine where samples should go - either to Merchandising or back to Vendor. Delivers products that go back to the Merchandising team. Pack all products according to standards to ensure samples are returned to the appropriate place in good shape.• Shipping - get packages from packing team and send the samples back to the vendor. Ensure accurate arrival times are met, sent to correct place, etc.
