Resolved business process efficiencies, solution requirement gaps and opportunities for improvement though feature development in ERCM. Directed a team of 3 business analysts that provided requirements documents, system workflows, and user stories.Selected Accomplishments:• Oversaw implementation of five alerts within ERCM that eliminated one to three hour daily processes performed by Compliance analysts to manually prepare alerts for review.• Trained business analysts to write requirements as user stories instead of technical descriptions which led to simpler requirements and faster reviews by Compliance leadership. Lead developer for Sales & Service product. Oversaw software functionality developed in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ARGO Development Software, and SQL. Owned technical review of requirements and delivery of features created through software development lifecycle.
