Michael Pultar is the Managing Director and Owner of The Frost Group. Having begun his career at HW FROST EQUIPMENT as a scale repair apprentice, Michael developed a career in Commercial Kitchen and Bar Sales and worked within the catering division of the company for in excess of 20 years. In August 2009 Michael purchased the catering division of the company with his wife Linda Pultar. Since then Michael has expanded the company to not only be a leading supplier of Commercial Kitchens and Bars and custom manufactured Stainless Steel Benches, but in more recent years he has acquired Waterman Refrigeration to cater to the custom refrigeration needs of clients, along with Vianen Exhaust Systems, APW Wyott Merchading Equipment and Infrico Refrigeration products; establishing The Frost Group of companies. In October 2013 Michael relocated the company from its former residence in Lambton NSW to a brand new 4,500sqm factory in Cameron Park, signifying the companies growth and leadership in the industry. The Frost Group currently employs 40 staff members under the management of Michael, who is involved intimately with every facet of the business from initial sales, to manufacture, to logistics and final installation.
