I am currently engineering manager in the Water Purity Solutions division of Ecolab. I have been with the company for 30 years. During my first 15 years, I played a major role growing Res-Kem, as a private company. In 2010, I was designated as a key employee during Res-Kem’s acquisition by Nalco, which subsequently merged with Ecolab in 2011. Managed the design, construction and startup of two bulk ion exchange regeneration facilities. I have managed several projects with major companies, including pharmaceutical, food, paper and chemical, along with municipalities. I have been a member of implementation teams for the various ERP systems, including Syspro, AccountMate and most recently SAP, where I served as the lead user for Material master data, Asset equipment master and BOM.Developed a proprietary line of condensate polishers for the power industry, producing in excess of 1 million dollars of annual gross profit.Established Res-Kem’s first safety committee, serving as chair for the initial 3 years.
