Operations Analyst: GSI Commerce (an eBay Company) KOP–March 2011 – January 2012• Own the relationship between GSI and Client Fulfillment/Operations Businesses. Clients include: •Aeropostale, Dockers, Kipling, Levi’s, Nautica, PBS, PetSmart, Quiksilver, and Roxy• First point of contact for all Operations issues or concerns• Conduct weekly client meetings discussing: Issues, Concerns, Strategies, and Implementation Timelines associated with their business• Provide leadership and direction for internal stakeholders in customer care and fulfillment services, to ensure client contractual obligations are met• Conduct candidate interviews for open Analyst positions• Train new hires on the Ops Analyst Position, and create numerous process documents outlining key functions of the position; which have been adopted companywide• Work directly with GSI’s Distribution Center to ensure operations are running smoothly amongst all 9 clients• Reporting – Allow clients to gain insight into all aspects of their Operations Business• Work directly with: Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound Units, Outbound Orders, Returns, Trouble Inventory, Audits, and any Fulfillment related Issues, or Questions Clients may have• Work directly with clients to implement new ideas and stay on top of current trends in the Fulfillment Industry• Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met, and GSI is held accountable for keeping within all shipping / Sarbanes Oxley guidelines• Collect Data for Quarterly Business Reviews
